NOW is the time to apply for scholarships for the Fall 2014/Spring 2015 school year. The application deadline for most scholarships is Feb 15th.

Stop by the Women's Center (112 Eielson Building - UAF Central Campus) for questions and/or assistance in navigating the scholarship application process. We can walk you through the online application. We want to make sure you find all the scholarship opportunities that await you.

The AAUW Scholarship application deadline is March 1, 2014

Applicants to the Fairbank's Branch AAUW scholarship should send a letter to the scholarship committee stating:

• her educational background
• why she wants to continue her education
• her educational goals
• her needs
• how she plans to use her education in the future

* if the applicant wishes to pursue an "educational project" instead of taking formal classes, she should describe the project and tell how she plans to use the award money to complete it.
