Join us for our Halloween Week *Docs with the WoC* documentary film and discussion:   "Burning Times,"    a documentary about old, and new witches.

Burning Times
Tuesday, October 28th 6:30pm
@ Arctic Java, UAF Wood Center

Witch hunts, loathing, and persecution of those who are different...

False accusations and witch trials through the ages have led to massive torture, burnings at the stake, and ultimately to destruction of organic and earth centered ways of life.

Can widespread violence against women and neglect of our environment be traced back to the bigotry and bias of witch hunts?

You'll want to be with us in Arctic Java for this documentary and discussion!
