Since 1993, more than $2 million in scholarships to support education and leadership development has been awarded to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) and straight-ally students.
Pride Foundation scholarships are available for students from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Full details on who qualifies for a scholarship are available here.

Further application instructions and eligibility requirements are discussed on the above site. Applications are due at 5:00 p.m. PST on January 31, 2011.
